Job Summary: Supervise the shipping team, controlling goods receipt, picking, verification, packaging, and shipment, ensuring delivery deadlines and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Control of goods receipt, picking, and shipping Prior experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is required. High school diploma (technical or undergraduate degree in Business Process Management or related fields is preferred). Team leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication skills**.** Knowledge of inventory management systems (SIGER). Basic understanding of transportation and fiscal documentation. Will supervise the shipping team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Control goods receipt, picking, verification, packaging, and shipment. Ensure timely order delivery. Maintain organized and up-to-date finished goods inventory in coordination with the warehouse department. Identify and propose improvements to shipping processes. Monitor performance indicators (shipping time, errors, returns, etc.). Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.600,00 \- R$4\.800,00 per month
