The Inspector role plays a fundamental part at Rede Vistorias, as it executes the core inspection service. The inspection team forms the foundation of Rede Vistorias and represents the transformation of market expectations into reality within the real estate industry. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Efficiently, accurately, and reliably conducting real estate asset inspections, analyzing characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and hydraulic installations, furniture, and other property items; * Testing equipment, identifying damages, and verifying general environmental functionality and conditions; * For exit inspections, performing meticulous comparisons based on reports and documents; * Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photos to produce the inspection report using a tablet application; * Verifying repairs and discrepancies; * Training and mentoring new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH); * Personal vehicle \- motorcycle preferred; * Android smartphone.
