Administrative activities and technical support **Job Responsibilities:** * Respond to and handle customer requests via email and telephone; * Manage card inventory; * Perform operations such as card registration, application, and association on electronic transportation benefit card operator websites; * Request card blocking and reissuance; * Update spreadsheets and internal systems; * Carry out operational/administrative tasks in accordance with departmental standards and procedures; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace and materials; * Provide technical-operational support to relevant departments; * Perform other related duties inherent to the position, as well as tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress — undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields.
