Monitoring of goals and indicators for optimization **FLEET SUPERVISOR I** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: * Lead the team in executing fleet-related activities and manage the sector’s physical, human, and material resources to comply with standards, procedures, and instructions provided by the immediate supervisor, contributing to business sustainability; * Develop technical and behavioral competencies of the team through training sessions and periodic meetings, disseminating the company’s essence, values, and DNA, fostering a sense of ownership, teamwork, quality of life at work, and ensuring organizational succession planning through the development of high-performance teams; * Monitor departmental goals and indicators, take necessary corrective actions to address deviations, aiming to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs and waste, and optimize processes; Conduct and oversee physical inspections of mandatory safety items and other legally required vehicle components using a standard checklist, ensuring vehicles in operation comply with current legislation. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields * Experience as a mechanic or in similar roles * Driver’s License: Category “E” **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: •Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 15:30; •Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00\. **Benefits:** Benefits: – Meal Allowance – Attendance Bonus – Transportation Allowance (TEU) – Parking – Unimed Health Plan – Dental Plan – SEST/SENAT Agreement – Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR) *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
