This position is intended for professionals with **proven experience in supervising and coordinating teams**, not merely technical execution. **Job Mission** Ensure **quality, safety, organization, and standardization** of field operations, serving as a **technical reference and operational leader**, guaranteeing compliance with processes, deadlines, and execution standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise technical teams in the field; * Monitor construction sites and daily technical services; * Plan and organize team **schedules, routes, and priorities**; * Monitor activities, deadlines, quality, and safety; * Directly resolve on-site problems; * Ensure compliance with processes, use of PPE, and technical standards; * Track operational indicators (quality, rework, attendance); * Deliver **structured reporting and objective communication** to management; * Guide, correct, and technically develop the team. \* **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in **supervision, coordination, or leadership of technical teams**; * Experience in field operations (this is not an office-based role); * Knowledge of **CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems (SDAI), and Networks**; * Ability to plan schedules and manage teams; * Strong commitment to **quality, safety, and processes**; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). *Applicants with only technical execution experience—without proven leadership—will not be considered.* **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Active and present operational leadership; * Responsible and mature attitude; * Ability to hold others accountable respectfully; * Organization and discipline; * Clear communication with both team members and management; * Commitment to on-site presence. **Work Routine / Schedule** * Mandatory presence at the **start of the morning shift** for team organization; * Full-day field work; \* **Provided Infrastructure** * Corporate mobile phone; * Vehicle arrangement to be determined: * company vehicle **or** * mileage reimbursement / transportation allowance if using personal vehicle. **Location** Based in **Porto Alegre – RS** Work coverage: **Porto Alegre and Metropolitan Region** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Selection question(s): * Do you have experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems (SDAI), and Networks?
