Everyone is welcome. \#come**be**Unisinos **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform activities related to event organization, including: * Preparing budgets with suppliers; * Recording purchase requests in institutional systems; * Monitoring administrative processes linked to events. Conduct technical site visits with proposers and suppliers, assessing needs and feasibility of infrastructure. Provide comprehensive event coordination: * Infrastructure setup; * On-site technical support during the event; * Post-event dismantling. Assist in technical planning, ensuring availability and proper functioning of equipment and resources. Set up, install, and operate equipment for: * Sound; * Lighting; * Projection; * Audiovisual resources in general. Maintain constant communication with event organizers and other involved departments to ensure fulfillment of technical requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing impact during events. Record and report incidents or difficulties, contributing to continuous improvement of institutional processes. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, ensuring their preservation and availability for future events.
