In this role, you will be responsible for: \- Assisting in periodic elevator inspections to identify potential issues; \- Verifying, cleaning, and lubricating mechanical and electromechanical components; \- Inspecting cables, pulleys, bearings, and other critical components to prevent failures; \- Assisting in identifying and resolving issues in malfunctioning or faulty elevators; \- Replacing defective or worn-out parts such as buttons, lamps, cables, and fuses; \- Supporting mechanical and electrical repairs under the supervision of technicians; \- Participating in elevator operational tests following maintenance or part installation; \- Documenting test results and reporting any anomalies; \- Organizing and managing tools and materials required for maintenance; \- Assisting in transporting and assembling maintenance equipment; \- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace; \- Collaborating with technicians and engineers; \- Communicating with the team and supervisors regarding maintenance status; \- Completing maintenance records, activity reports, and other required documentation; \- Adhering to safe work practices and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); \- Immediately reporting unsafe conditions or potential hazards to supervisors. To qualify for this position, you must have: \- Completed high school education; \- Driver's license, Category B; \- Technical training in related fields such as Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar is desirable; \- Attention to detail, proactivity, and strong organizational skills; \- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics; \- Availability for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary; \- Commitment to quality and workplace safety; \- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and transporting equipment; \- Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, and under varying weather conditions; \- Proficiency in safely and efficiently using manual and electric tools.
