Support for testing, measurements, and preparation of technical reports We are seeking a **Building Technician** to work primarily in **hydraulic and electrical** areas, overseeing the execution, maintenance, and inspection of building installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect hydraulic and electrical installations on construction sites; * Interpret hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical project documents; * Support execution of tests, measurements, and commissioning activities; * Verify compliance with technical standards (ABNT) and project specifications; * Prepare technical reports, quantity surveys, and site records; * Support material and service execution control; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Building Construction or related fields; * Knowledge of building hydraulic and electrical installations; * Ability to read and interpret project documents; * Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in building construction projects; * Knowledge of fire protection systems; * Experience in building maintenance; * Driver's license category B.
