Support process improvements and requirement approvals **Mission** Transform customer and market needs into clear, testable requirements for elevator systems (software, firmware, and cloud), ensuring full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Define and document system and device requirements. * Collaborate with global teams to align expectations and ensure traceability. * Create acceptance criteria and manage requirements in dedicated tools. * Support process improvements and requirement approvals. **Requirements (Expected Profile)** * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Strong analytical ability to detail technical requirements. * Knowledge of software, firmware, and/or embedded systems. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across different departments. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. **Important Differentiators (from email)** * Fluent English (mandatory). * Prior experience in leadership roles or working with global teams. * Ability to work with international (non-Brazilian) teams.
