Company seeks a Property Security Assistant professional in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Conduct periodic patrols on-site to ensure the security and integrity of property. Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify potential threats or suspicious activities. Control access of people and vehicles to the site, verifying identification and authorizations. Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, accidents, or intrusions. Collaborate with the security team and authorities during incident investigations. Maintain order and discipline on-site, guiding visitors and employees on safety regulations. Maintain incident records and report any irregularities or incidents to superiors. Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance skills and knowledge in property security. Assist in developing security plans and implementing preventive measures.
