Join us as a **Senior Engineer on the Product Security Engineering team** in **São Paulo** or **Eldorado do Sul**, Brazil, to do the best work of your career and make a meaningful social impact. **What You’ll Achieve** As a Product Security Engineer, you will play an essential role in ensuring the security of our products and applications by applying industry best practices. You will be part of Dell’s Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO), contributing to a strategic program focused on building demonstrably resilient software across Dell’s full portfolio of products and technologies. Your scope will span from firmware to cloud and edge implementations. Additionally, you may collaborate with the Security Architecture team to evaluate new technologies, ensuring they meet Dell’s security policies and standards. You may also participate in security-related projects and contribute to improvements in tools and processes. **You Will:** * Apply deep curiosity about how systems and their components function—and fail—at both small and large scales. * Conduct comprehensive security control assessments across diverse systems. * Serve as a trusted advisor to development teams, providing practical guidance on secure design, coding, and testing. * Evaluate information security solutions and processes, recommending improvements aligned with Dell’s standards. * Participate in projects, initiatives, or additional assignments as required. **Take the First Step Toward Your Dream Career** Every member of the Dell Technologies team brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for in this role: **Essential Requirements:** * Strong experience in information security/cybersecurity, with deep expertise in application security, secure code review, and threat modeling. * In-depth understanding of common vulnerabilities (e.g., MITRE) and security frameworks such as SCF, NIST CSF, and CIS. * Practical experience in security architecture, cloud and network security, AI/ML, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery models. * Ability to conduct security control assessments and guide development teams on secure design, coding, and testing. * Skill in presenting technical and business content, with mastery of security fundamentals and network protocols. **Advanced English** **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in penetration testing (pentest) and secure coding in both compiled and scripting languages. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. **Who We Are** We believe every person has the power to drive impact.
