What We Expect From You: * Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides); * Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop for simple adjustments and adaptations; * Familiarity with the RD Station platform; * Strong writing and organizational skills; * Proactive, committed profile with a sense of ownership; * Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours during events. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Supporting the organization of events, internal and external campaigns; * Liaising with suppliers, preparing budgets, and managing deadlines; * Assisting in the production and adaptation of graphic materials (digital and printed); * Creating and updating presentations and documents in Google Workspace; * Participating in promotional activities, internal marketing, brand activations, and trade fairs; * Supporting internal and institutional brand communications. Nice-to-Have Qualifications (not mandatory): * Prior experience in marketing; * Critical eye for design and communications; * Experience in graphic production and stationery; * Knowledge of process automation and integrated tools.
