Job Summary: The professional will perform active customer service and prospecting, promote offers, manage the customer portfolio, execute sales, and support commercial campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Promote offers and promotions, monitor the customer portfolio, and maintain customer relationships. Execute sales, register orders in the system, follow up on negotiations, and support commercial campaigns and team goals. Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in the role is desirable, along with knowledge of telemarketing, Microsoft Office suite, and sales processes; strong communication and negotiation skills.
