




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Implementation Assistant to join our team, ensuring excellence in the customer experience through initial contact, scheduling, clarification of doubts, and monitoring the implementation process. We are looking for an **Implementation Assistant** to join our team and ensure an excellent customer experience immediately after contract closure with the sales team. **Responsibilities** * Conduct initial contact with new customers, extending a welcome and supporting the implementation process; * Schedule kick\-off meetings and other necessary sessions; * Clarify customers' initial questions, conveying confidence and guidance; * Monitor implementation progress, acting as the contact point between the customer and internal departments; * Route requests to internal workflows, such as support, marketing, and IT; * Support the team by maintaining records and updating internal tools, spreadsheets, and systems; * Organize and monitor schedules of department leaders; * Maintain frequent contact with customers via phone and e\-mail, ensuring alignment and clarity in communications. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Business Management, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Confidence and proactivity; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to interact effectively with customers and work collaboratively in teams; * Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; * Punctuality and accountability; * Proficiency in computer use, Excel, and e\-mail.
