Job Summary: The professional will assist in prospecting partnerships and leads through social media, make the initial contact with potential candidates, schedule visits, and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on lead generation and partnership acquisition via social media 2. Responsible for strengthening relationships with prospective franchisees 3. Strategic market presence and support to marketing/commercial activities \- Assist in seeking partnerships through social media and WhatsApp; \- Generate leads through social media; \- Make the initial contact with potential candidates; \- Schedule in-person or online visits between the Expansion Manager and potential clients; \- Maintain and strengthen relationships with prospective franchisees; \- Stay attentive to market strategies and competitors to better define the franchisor's commercial strategy; \- Continuously update knowledge of the industry; \- Keep the Expansion team's social media accounts updated, create content and visuals for promotions focused on lead generation for the Expansion department; \- Support the Marketing and Commercial departments as needed; **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile * Proficiency with technology and systems **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from **08:30 to 18:18**, with a 1-hour break. **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: **R$ 2\.500,00** \+ performance-based variable pay * Transportation allowance **or** fuel allowance * Meal allowance of **R$ 25.00 per day** * Health insurance plan – Unimed * Wellhub (corporate wellness benefit) * Discount on dental treatments Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
