




Job Summary: A professional responsible for in-person and online patient reception, patient registration and medical record organization, providing essential support to front-desk operations. Support for front-desk routine with an organized and welcoming environment Public interaction both in-person and online, patient reception and welcoming, door greeting and escorting patients to consultation rooms. Registering and entering new patients into the system, updating and tracking quotations, organizing information and medical records. Direct communication with patients to answer questions, provide guidance, and follow up on requests. Supporting front-desk routine, including offering coffee and ensuring an organized and welcoming environment for patients.
