Job Summary: Responsible for greeting clients, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks while maintaining an organized environment. Key Highlights: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and colleagues with courtesy and professionalism; Manage and route telephone calls and e\-mails; Schedule appointments, meetings, and events; Maintain the reception area in an organized and presentable condition; Support document organization and other administrative tasks. Technical Requirements: Completed or ongoing technical or higher education in Administration or related fields. Prior experience in reception or customer service roles; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactivity, organizational ability, and courtesy. Skills: Outstanding customer service; Ability to work effectively in a team; Strong interpersonal skills; Capacity to handle diverse situations calmly and efficiently. Desirable but Not Mandatory: Experience in reception or administrative functions; Familiarity with telephone systems and appointment scheduling software.
