Management of appointments and administrative routines in the system **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday through Saturday \- from 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Main Responsibilities:** * **Public service (in-person, telephone, and communication apps);** * Guidance and sales of veterinary products and services for companion animals; * **Guidance and scheduling of medical services;** * Scheduling of grooming services (bathing and hair trimming) * **Collection of payments for services and purchased products;** * **Cashier routines;** * Scheduling and reception of animals for company services (medical consultations, bathing \& grooming, among others); * Customer registration and administrative routines in an automated customer management system; * Store organization; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in public service; * Love for pets and enthusiasm for working with people; * Motivated by results-oriented goals; * Pet/veterinary-related courses preferred (not mandatory); * Experience with cashier routines preferred Preferably residing in the northern zone of Porto Alegre/RS \- convenient access to workplace. * **Schedule Availability:** * From 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. * Works Monday through Saturday. **Compensation:** * CLT employment contract \- 44 hours/week * Salary R$ 1\.926,00 \+ Hazard Pay R$ 303,60 * Meal allowance (restaurant voucher agreement \- Monday through Friday \- Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays require self-provided meals / company provides equipped kitchen); Transportation allowance * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance
