Job Description Develop innovative, scalable, standards-compliant, and efficient technological solutions that drive customer results, ensuring the quality and maintainability of the PipeRun platform. * Develop software features according to specifications, ensuring thorough testing and assured quality for both frontend and backend; * Identify and fix reported bugs, ensuring code quality. * Collaborate within a Scrum team, fulfilling agreed-upon commitments in each sprint and ensuring delivery of the defined plan; * Propose efficient technical solutions (scalable, high-performing, and standards-compliant), supporting the definition of optimal approaches to achieve PipeRun platform’s strategic objectives; * Validate activities with the team or Product Manager when necessary, ensuring clear alignment and full understanding of requirements; * Conduct code reviews for other developers, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with technical standards; * Actively participate in team meetings and events, such as planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, and remain available to support colleagues on technical and collaborative tasks.
