What We Expect From You:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Quality Management, or related fields;
Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, etc.).
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Proactivity and enthusiasm for learning about processes and continuous improvement.
You Will Stand Out If You Have:
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training
Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level preferred) and AI.
* Support the maintenance and updating of the Integrated Management System documentation in accordance with applicable standards.
* Assist in the development, review, and control of procedures, work instructions, and forms.
* Participate in internal and external audits, supporting the preparation of evidence and records.
* Monitor corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring timely implementation and effectiveness of actions.
* Assist in analyzing quality performance indicators and preparing management reports.
* Support nonconformance management, customer complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with IMS requirements.
* Support training sessions and awareness campaigns on quality and best practices.
