Job Summary: A professional to monitor construction execution, coordinate design documents, control technology, and plan activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in site planning and organization **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Technical Responsibilities: Monitor construction execution, verifying that works are carried out in accordance with design documents, technical specifications, and schedule; Prepare and update measurements of completed works for both internal control and contractor billing; Assist in design coordination, identifying interferences among disciplines (structural, electrical, hydraulic); Monitor technological control, reviewing material test results and compliance with technical standards; Participate in developing action plans to correct non-conformities identified during audits or site inspections; Prepare monthly execution planning under supervision, defining targets, work fronts, and required resources; Participate in site organization, logistical planning, and equipment control; Knowledge of construction processes, as well as reading and interpreting design documents; Analytical ability and critical thinking for decision-making; Strong communication skills and ability to integrate with field teams, procurement, and management. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Basic knowledge of Excel; Experience in procurement of electrical, hydraulic, and masonry materials. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:30 **BENEFITS:** Meal allowance, Transportation voucher, Life insurance, Attendance bonus This vacancy is open and verified by the Buscar Vagas portal in partnership with the Divulga Vagas Brasil website.
