





**Activities:** Perform general personnel and human resources department tasks, including: onboarding process for new employees (documentation, medical exams, and registration); monitoring and verifying employee time records; managing uniforms, distributing PPE, providing guidance and support to employees regarding internal policies, procedures, benefits, and inquiries; assisting in the recruitment process; supporting the organization and logistics of internal training sessions (room, materials, attendance list); and general document control. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; previous experience in the role; knowledge of RM TOTVS system will be a differentiator.
