Receive, verify, organize, and file physical and digital documents.
Control the filing of dossiers, medical records, lists, and other company documents.
Organize, store, and supervise the disposal of document boxes in accordance with internal procedures.
Maintain the permanent archive organized and preserved.
Respond to requests for physical and digital documents.
Perform document digitization and electronic organization.
Guide and supervise the activities of apprentices.
Ensure the organization, preservation, and confidentiality of documents.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
