The Sindilojas Porto Alegre represents retailers legally in the cities of Porto Alegre and Alvorada, currently serving over 20,000 companies. Beyond representing the retail sector, Sindilojas POA implements initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth and improving quality of life for companies and their employees. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Design and finalize materials for social media, website, email, and printed collateral; * Develop visual identity for commercial campaigns, institutional materials, and internal communication pieces; * Ensure brand visual identity guidelines are followed—including colors, fonts, and elements specific to each MIV; * Provide support for other marketing department requests and activities; * Prepare and present reports on key results and propose improvement opportunities; * Contribute aesthetic judgment during approval of campaigns and advertising materials produced by agencies. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Strong visual and aesthetic repertoire; * Creativity and organizational skills; * Proficiency in graphic design platforms (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); * Understanding of visual identity and brand standardization; * Proficiency in producing digital and printed graphic materials; * Knowledge of social media formats and best practices; * Experience in social media management and proficiency with social media platforms; * Knowledge of 3D animation; * Video editing and creation of animated content; * Experience in e-book and infographic layout; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
