Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical, hydraulic, civil, and air conditioning systems, supporting the conservation of common areas and responding promptly to internal maintenance requests. Prompt response to internal maintenance requests * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical, hydraulic, civil, and minor air conditioning repair tasks; * Support conservation of common areas and apartments, ensuring proper functioning of facilities; * Respond promptly and effectively to internal maintenance requests. * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Availability to work on rotating shifts as required by the hotel Employment type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$2\.600,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Hospitality/property management (Mandatory) * Electrical, hydraulic, painting, and masonry work (Mandatory)
