Job Summary: Professional responsible for operational planning, supervision of goods receipt and withdrawal, process monitoring, and inventory quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and process efficiency Perform operational planning activities, including record keeping, calculations, controls, verifications, and guiding small-group work to expedite processes within the area of responsibility; . Report department operations to the reporting hierarchy; . Supervise goods receipt, monitoring cargo receipt with carriers to ensure activity planning; . Monitor order picking, verification, and packaging processes, coordinating the team to meet demand requirements while ensuring quality and efficiency in teamwork; . Control the receipt of invoices (orders) to expedite picking, verification, and on-time delivery fulfillment; . Supervise goods withdrawal from inventory by analyzing reports, verifying replenishment of the picking line, and ensuring a picking process with minimal stockouts or anomalies; .
