The Senior Training and Development Analyst is responsible for supporting and assisting in talent management and development pathways across AESC’s various units, consistently aligned with the Institution’s Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values—grounded in the values of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo Scalabrinianas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the structuring and mapping of training and development needs for AESC employees, executing and reporting outcomes to the People & Development Management team; * Address business unit training and development needs—from annual/monthly budget control through logistical execution and delivery; * Implement action plans derived from the People & Development area’s strategic projects, in the short, medium, and long term, presenting indicators and analyses for progress tracking; * Support implementation of the probationary period follow-up process and annual performance evaluation, as well as professional mapping, succession planning, and development plans; * Conduct the annual employee engagement survey and pulse surveys across AESC’s business units; * Propose and structure training initiatives to meet development pathways (AESC matrix), ensuring alignment with the annual in-person and virtual training plan, consistently adhering to the Congregation’s values; * Provide support and necessary tools to focal points operating in AESC’s business units regarding Training & Development / Corporate Education; * Engage in internal Training & Development / Corporate Education workflows and processes to ensure compliance with AESC’s regulatory and LGPD requirements, pursuing continuous improvement of these processes; * Maintain continuous awareness of market best practices in Corporate Education; * Propose the incorporation of new technologies and pedagogical resources into training—via digital platforms, experiential learning, techniques, and simulations—to create interactive, digitally enriched experiences for dissemination across AESC’s business units; * Propose/create promotional materials for recognition initiatives, follow-up activities, evaluations, development pathways, and talent management; * Support Organizational Culture and employee engagement through AESC’s training and development pathways. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology; * Postgraduate studies in Human and Organizational Development preferred (completed or in progress); * Knowledge of instructional and educational design, and experience creating training materials; * Focus on strategic people management; * Experience in hospital/healthcare/education environments; * Solid expertise in training, succession planning, talent management, goal setting, and related methodologies. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. **We Offer:** * Unimed Health Plan (per institutional policy); * Bradesco or Unimed Odonto Dental Plan (per institutional policy); * Bradesco Life Insurance at no cost to the employee; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Total Pass; * Daycare allowance at partner daycare centers or reimbursement for non-partner facilities; * Mental health teleconsultation services, extended to family members; * Panvel Pharmacy network discount; * Birthday leave (per current policy); * Discount on Open English English courses (per institutional policy); * Discount on technical, undergraduate, and MBA programs (per institutional policy).
