If you meet the requirements below, join our selection process for **Scrum Master**—we'd love to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Introduce and foster agile mindset among infrastructure team members; * Ensure effective implementation of the agile framework or method, facilitating and leading ceremonies/cadences and initiatives that promote self-organization and continuous improvement; * Remove obstacles identified by the team to maintain a continuous workflow; * Develop tools and processes to ensure transparency, efficient communication, and smooth team activities; * Assist the team in resolving conflicts and challenges, escalating issues when necessary; * Collaborate with Coordinator/PO in building and properly managing the Backlog; * Establish and monitor team performance indicators; * Support infrastructure teams with your experience in the technology field; * Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, including with management; * Show interest in visiting stores to better understand business context and needs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in related fields: IT Management, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development * Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective). * Previous experience as Scrum Master or in related roles (agile coach, product owner, project analyst). * Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro or similar). * Understanding of backlog management, prioritization, and refinement together with Product Owner. * Communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
