In partnership with a pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a: **RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: ✔ Transportation allowance ✔ Attendance bonus ✔ Day Off ✔ Health insurance ✔ On-site cafeteria + breakfast Residence in Porto Alegre/RS Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Main Responsibilities: Conduct technical research for new product development (scientific platforms, regulations, pharmacopoeias, etc.); Perform bench-scale testing; Conduct pilot testing and stability studies; Participate in analytical methodology validation and support technical problem resolution; Train and mentor Analysts, Assistants, Technicians, and Interns; Support laboratory technical routine, contributing to continuous process improvement. Requirements: ✔ Completed Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related fields; ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D, Physicochemical and/or Microbiological laboratory routine, or Quality-related areas; ✔ Intermediate English (reading and writing); ✔ Versatile and resilient profile when facing demands and routine changes; ✔ Interest in and affinity for laboratory routine, analytical development, validations, financial management, and technical reading; ✔ Commitment to the Employee Handbook guidelines and support for internal company programs.
