Join our selection process and become part of our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage R&D laboratory routines, organizing stages in an agile, proactive, and coherent manner throughout the product development process. * Ensure support for high-quality product development by identifying optimal alternatives and guiding stages and processes during formulation development. * Pursue continuous process improvement and application of development stages, aiming for product evaluation and implementation. * Contribute to drafting documents related to involved product development sectors, evaluating appropriate and available internal processes. * Plan and organize development activities to ensure development stages are completed within deadlines and meet the company's quality expectations. Provide assistance in product and packaging development according to project needs within the company’s structure and propose opportunities for continuous improvement within specific operational processes. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; TOTVS. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (Environment, Ministry of Labor, MAPA, ANVISA), Quality Standards, ISO, and legislation applicable to Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food, and Health Products. * Continuously seek knowledge and technical enhancement in product development. * Ability to understand one's contribution and the interrelationship of one's department across various company activities, as well as the impact of interdependence among departments on business outcomes. * Desired: Knowledge and/or experience in laboratories handling cosmetic or compounded pharmacy products. * Desired: Experience in industrial processes for new product development and monitoring. **Additional Information** * Availability to work in the Navegantes neighborhood \- Porto Alegre.
