Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational professional for pricing management, optimizing results and governing pricing policies while collaborating closely with commercial and data teams. Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: We seek a professional who will act strategically and operationally in pricing management, ensuring excellence in executing markdowns, price discipline, and generating actionable insights to support commercial decisions. This role requires strong collaboration with Planning, Product, Commercial, and Data/Tech, playing a critical part in optimizing results, governance, and evolving pricing policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Markdown Management** Identify opportunities for necessary adjustments to markdown policies and processes Compile and critically assess product team’s needs and exceptions for each markdown wave, validating rationale Run scenarios incorporating needs and learnings, and consolidate recommendations with the manager for the Commercial Meeting Generate insights and optimization opportunities for markdowns * **Operational Excellence:** Design and monitor recurring markdown calendars Track markdown adherence Ensure compliance with markdown quotas * **Product** Discuss scenarios and define markdown objectives * **Data/Tech** Ensure routines, checklists, and quality controls for price publication, guaranteeing discipline and traceability Support operational execution of price publication across store and e-commerce systems, ensuring consistency and SLA compliance Identify automation opportunities and process/system improvements Monitor promotion performance and generate actionable insights (what worked, where erosion occurred, risks of cannibalization) Lead read & react sessions for key campaigns and feed adjustments to guardrails and future recommendations * **Pricing Policy and Standards – Entry Price and Price Range** Identify opportunities for necessary adjustments to methodology, guardrails, review frequency, and exception handling * **Market Intelligence** Consolidate competitive analysis and positioning gaps, flagging required adjustments Contribute to entry price recommendations based on historical data and brand positioning differences Respond to ad-hoc leadership requests **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excel; * Cross-functional collaboration and influence * Executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment * Governance discipline and execution excellence * Analytical and critical thinking with insight generation capability * Data manipulation and BI skills * Structuring of promotional mechanics and understanding of trade-offs * Measurement and interpretation of promotion performance * Incident management and root cause analysis * Technical mastery of pricing concepts, including elasticity and price trade-offs ******Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in pricing management  **Desired/Additional Knowledge:** SQL knowledge **Additional Information** Work Model: Hybrid in Porto Alegre/RS **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
