If you meet the requirements below, join our selection process for **Maintenance Technician** — we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and performing predictive, electrical, and corrective maintenance on Group Panvel’s facilities, machines, and equipment, guiding teams and fulfilling service requests. **Main Activities:** * Analyze purchase requests, verify, and store maintenance materials. * Assist in identifying alternatives to reduce costs and improve quality and safety of services performed, including researching new suppliers. * Complete all service orders by performing corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance, and guide internal and third-party teams in carrying out tasks. * Provide technical guidance to employees and third parties regarding equipment operation and proper use of PPE, ensuring work quality and safety. * Perform tasks and diagnostics aimed at improving corrective and preventive maintenance processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in Electrotechnology, Electrical Installation, Building Construction, or related fields; * Alignment with the maintenance field. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Dental plan (through the Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Mental health and financial planning support programs * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (gym discounts) Caring is at our core.
