If you identify with these values, join the Grupo Panvel Team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute daily financial processes, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established deadlines; * Perform reconciliations of sales, payments, receipts, credit cards, PIX, deposits, and marketplaces, ensuring information accuracy; * Import and process bank remittance and return files (receipts/payments); * Conduct proactive collections from customers and suppliers, including negotiations and credit analysis; * Respond to requests via chatbot, email, phone, and finance department tickets; * Monitor cash balances at Grupo Panvel stores; * Provide support to customers, suppliers, and stores via email or phone regarding finance-related matters; * Manage and clear supplier advances and expense reimbursements; * Maintain up-to-date internal policies for the finance department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience with financial routines, accounts payable/receivable, or bank reconciliation; * Knowledge of bank and sales reconciliation processes (credit cards, PIX, deposits, marketplaces); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Experience with ERP management systems; * Affinity with the Finance area; * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through the Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Programs supporting mental health and financial planning * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
