Financial reconciliation and integration Do you want to join a great team at a company that never stops growing? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically and operationally manage part of the processes within your area of responsibility. * Monitor performance indicators and evaluate process performance within your area of responsibility. * Support decision-making by providing structured data and information. * Participate in projects, taking responsibility for low-complexity activities or portions of the work plan. * Implement process improvements within your area of responsibility. * Provide technical and operational guidance to teams regarding processes within your area of responsibility. * Perform reconciliations of various payment methods—including credit/debit cards, Pix, agreements, wholesale, and others—using available tools, ensuring data accuracy. * Carry out daily integrations of sales or payment information, prioritizing information security. * Follow Routine Management activities (Gerot.), focusing on improving delivery quality and service levels. Perform financial integrations, reconciliations, and projections using management systems, emphasizing information quality. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * FINANCIAL MATHEMATICS: Knowledge of financial calculations (capitalization, simple and compound interest, discounts, cash flow, familiarity with HP 12C). * ADVANCED EXCEL: Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, PivotTables, Macros, etc.). * INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTING: Understanding of the relationship between performed activities and their accounting impacts. * ERP SYSTEMS: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
