Main Responsibilities: * Prospect new clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels; * Identify business opportunities and present optimal solutions; * Conduct negotiations and close sales; * Register and update information in the system; * Maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and generate new sales opportunities; * Monitor goals and performance indicators. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in inside sales, telesales, commercial customer service, or sales in general; * Strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a negotiation-oriented mindset; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Preferred (but not required):** Experience in active prospecting (e.g., phone sales, WhatsApp, or PAP).
