If these values resonate with you, join the Grupo Panvel team and let’s share ideas together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in the tax receipt process by critically analyzing suppliers’ invoices. * Validate the tax, fiscal, and accounting compliance of incoming invoices. * Ensure correct classification, posting, and release in SAP. * Guarantee adherence to current tax legislation and internal policies. * Verify tax configurations in the system to prevent inconsistencies. * Mitigate risks of tax penalties, rework, and financial impacts. * Ensure that 100% of incoming invoices are validated and processed correctly. * Contribute to tax compliance and operational efficiency within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or Business Processes. * Basic understanding of tax legislation applicable to incoming invoices * Basic knowledge of tax withholdings * Familiarity with ICMS (own and ST), DIFAL, and FCP * Familiarity with PIS and COFINS * Knowledge of CFOP, CST/CSOSN, and NCM * Understanding of tax credits, non-cumulativity, and tax substitution * Familiarity with interstate transactions * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) * Experience with MIRO and MIGO * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Willingness to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Daycare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacies * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Programs supporting mental health and financial organization * On-site cafeteria * Charter transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
