Identify decision-makers and influencers (HR, Finance, Executive Management, Procurement, etc.). Map companies according to the defined profile (sector, size, region). Present the company and its services clearly and concisely. Understand customers’ basic needs (pain points, company’s current situation, level of interest). Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team/consultants. Confirm appointments and perform follow-ups on completed contacts. Reactivate cold leads or those with no response. Record all interactions in the CRM. ### **Prerequisites** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enjoy interacting with people and engaging in sales-related activities. Proactive, organized, and resilient personality. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage. Ability to learn and follow outreach scripts. Professional demeanor when communicating via phone and WhatsApp. Capacity to handle targets and maintain an active outreach routine.
