Close integration with other departments of the office ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT — Hybrid \| Rio Grande do Sul Salary: Starting from R$ 2.535,82 (CLT) About the position We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with practical experience in an accounting office to join our team. The professional will directly support the accounting and tax needs of a diverse portfolio of clients, working in a hybrid setup and closely collaborating with other departments of the office. Responsibilities * Perform accounting entries in the system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines * Conduct periodic bank and tax reconciliations * Respond to and advise office clients on day-to-day accounting matters * Organize and archive physical and digital accounting documentation * Assist in generating accounting reports and financial statements Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting office * Proficiency in accounting management systems (e.g., Domínio, Thomson Reuters, or similar) * Familiarity with Brazilian tax and fiscal legislation * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients Advantages * Knowledge of Simples Nacional and tax regimes * Experience with SPED / ancillary obligations * Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for control and analysis Benefits * Hybrid work — 1 day per week onsite * Meal allowance: R$ 28.70 per business day via CAJU card (no payroll deduction) * Health and Dental Insurance — Doctor Clin Type of position: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.535,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Remote work * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: Hybrid remote work based in Porto Alegre, RS
