In this position, you will handle the technical and documentary regularization of commercial units, playing a key role in surveying, analyzing, and processing legal projects. Your work will ensure compliance with municipal legislation and competent regulatory bodies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct cadastral surveys and technical measurements at stores * Assess structural adjustments required for regularization * Prepare and format commercial legal projects * Conduct technical feasibility studies * Submit and monitor processes with municipal governments and regulatory agencies * Obtain permits, licenses, and certificates of occupancy (habite-se) * Perform technical inspections * Monitor legal requirements and regulatory changes * Carry out documentary regularization of commercial units **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU) * Experience in regularization of commercial projects * Experience in obtaining certificates of occupancy (habite-se) and licenses * Knowledge of municipal legislation (experience in RS, SC, and PR is a plus) * Experience in cadastral surveys and legal projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Understanding of commercial building structures * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel and relocate as needed **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * On-site cafeteria * Charter transportation Caring is at our core.
