If you meet the requirements below, apply now for the **Access Management Assistant** position—we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create, modify, and delete system access permissions in accordance with internal requests and policies; * Respond to and monitor the store support chat channel; * Support the execution of **periodic access reviews** (recertifications) to ensure compliance; * Control and monitor access profiles, enforcing the principle of **least privilege**; * Support internal and external audits by providing access-related evidence and reports; * Assist in identifying and correcting inconsistencies or unauthorized access; * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation regarding access grants and revocations; * Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and business units to align permission requirements; * Contribute to continuous improvement of access management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of access management (IAM) or user support; * Familiarity with information security concepts (access control, confidentiality, integrity); * Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar); * Basic Excel skills (data organization and tracking); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. **Additional Information** * Work model: Hybrid (On-site\\Remote) * Willingness to work in **Eldorado do Sul/RS** * On-site cafeteria; * TotalPass; * Health & Dental Plan (via cooperative); * Charter transportation; * Exclusive discounts at Panvel; Caring is at our core.
