The professional will be responsible for operating cutting and bending machines, as well as manual equipment used in the processing of reinforcing bars, ensuring that all steps comply with established technical specifications and quality standards. They will manage and organize the department, performing activities such as bundling, material handling, and storage—including overhead crane operation when required. They will also be responsible for order sorting, weighing, identification, and loading, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the dispatch workflow. Additional responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing products and materials, as well as recording and documenting incoming and outgoing movements and managing inventory. The professional must maintain hygiene, safety, and organizational standards, contributing to an efficient and safe working environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Operating cutting and bending machines; * Handling reinforcing bars according to technical specifications; * Quality control and departmental organization; * Bundling, handling, and storing materials; * Operating manual equipment; * Ensuring hygiene and safety conditions; * Sorting orders; * Weighing orders; * Loading orders; * Unloading materials using an overhead crane; * Identifying products at the factory; * Receiving, inspecting, and storing products and materials; * Recording incoming and outgoing movements and managing inventory; * Distributing products and materials for dispatch. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * High school diploma preferred. * Relevant work experience preferred. * Knowledge of reinforcing bar cutting and bending machines. * Ability to interpret precise measurements and cuts. * Overhead crane operation experience. * Commitment and sense of responsibility.
