An Environmental Analysis Company is seeking an Operations Assistant in Porto Alegre (Petrópolis). Focused on innovation, the company aims to contribute to ocean health and biodiversity. **Responsibilities:** Prepare sample containers. Prepare chain-of-custody documentation for sampling and subcontracted laboratories. Receive, verify, and label samples. Arrange logistics for shipping samples to the main laboratory and subcontracted laboratories. Handle internal and external communications to resolve receiving discrepancies (SPxRJ). Register samples in the MyLims system. Deliver and collect materials at freight carriers using the company’s vehicle. Complete forms for cargo dispatches and pickups. Verify and store materials. Conduct periodic vehicle inspections and surveys.
