Permanent * Number of positions: 1 * Salary: BRL 2,445.20 + 20% hazard pay * Working hours and days: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:48 * Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT), meal allowance (VA) / Attendance bonus after 90 days, BRL 380.00 paid via CAJU card, Unimed health and dental insurance, pharmacy benefit, and on-site meals * Responsibilities: \- Industrial floor maintenance and ceramic tile refurbishment\- Construction of concrete foundations for machinery and equipment\- Structural repairs in masonry and plaster\- Application of waterproofing materials and sanitary finishes\- Reading and interpretation of basic civil blueprints\- Sealing cracks and openings for pest control\- Use of specialty mortars and fast-curing mortars\- Industrial painting and epoxy resin application\- Operation of power tools (hammer drill, marble saw, sander)\- Isolation and signage of maintenance areas within active production zones\- Maintenance of restrooms, locker rooms, and kitchens Required Experience and Knowledge: \* Experience as a Mason * Hazardous or dangerous work?
