Bachelor's degree in logistics; proven experience in logistics and transportation; knowledge of transportation legislation; management and development of operational teams; cost and KPI control. Experience working with ERP systems and route optimization software. Proficiency in creating Excel spreadsheets. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:12 to 19:30. Salary: R$ 4.500,00 + free meal card (approximately R$ 400,00) + uniform + employee purchase discounts + life insurance + paid overtime + internal parking + performance-based bonuses up to R$ 1.000,00. Preferred residence in NH, Campo Bom, Sapiranga or Araricá. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
