Operational integration with Master ERP. Support and control via Linx. Customer service (WhatsApp, email, and phone). Order picking, verification, and shipment. Management of exchanges, returns, and logistics tracking. Preparation of operational reports. Previous experience as an E-commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E-commerce Operator, or E-commerce Support may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks in this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
