DETAILS: Location: CDL PORTO ALEGRE Application deadline: 12/17/2025 WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Contribute to the management team in the budgeting process by providing information and updating data in SAP, aiming to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System. * Support managers in procuring materials and supplies required for operational activities by monitoring demand and liaising with the procurement department. * Ensure the execution of administrative services through process control to verify that activities are performed according to established standards. * Update SAP system data to promote integration across various company departments’ requirements. * Facilitate communication between the management team and other stakeholders using various communication channels, contributing to the Integrated Management System. * Pursue continuous improvement of administrative processes through cross-departmental collaboration to optimize workflows, maximize system utilization, and enhance end-customer service. * Facilitate the company’s interface with public agencies, institutions, and surrounding communities through formal and informal relationship building. * Ensure compliance with company policies by partners and internal teams through guidance and monitoring of operational procedures. * Act as a key user of the SAP system by providing suggestions and exchanging information to support development and improvements interfacing with this area. * Promote Quality, Safety, Environment, and FSC programs through ongoing awareness-raising among service providers and employees. Contribute to the Integrated Management System (SIG) through regular self-assessments of processes, activities, and departmental structure. * Support continuous improvement of forestry processes by suggesting innovations and identifying specific material resource needs through collaborative work with support areas and the management team. * Know and apply SIG procedures and standards. Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe tasks in cases of imminent risk, fostering proposal of control measures.
