We are looking for a **Mid-level RPA Developer** to work full-time on our IT – Systems team. The mission of this professional is to leverage automation technologies to develop solutions that optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop automations using the team’s framework while adhering to established standards. * Conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing. * Ensure compliance with information security policies. * Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. * Perform daily code commits with descriptive comments. * Coordinate with the support team prior to making changes in production environments. * Assist the analyst in preparing process presentations using PowerPoint. * Participate in meetings, updating the status of project cards. * Request analyst support for interactions with business areas. * Review and follow checklists for stage progression between Analysis and Development. * Inform the team about technical, process-related, or infrastructure impediments or risks. * Develop automation bots according to defined requirements. * Collaborate with the support team for knowledge transfer and training. * Maintain consistent naming conventions and variable structure. * Use the internal RPA Squad channel for technical questions. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education required for this position:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. **Qualifications:** * Minimum experience in RPA development is desirable. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and others. * Experience with RPA tools including Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate. * Familiarity with Automation Anywhere A360 (Essentials and Advanced levels) is desirable. * Experience with RPA-focused frameworks and libraries, as well as web application development frameworks, is desirable. **Additional information** **We are a team passionate about caring for people — and we do it purposefully, effectively, and with enthusiasm!** We rank as the **2nd best healthcare company in the GPTW ranking** and the **5th best company to work for in Rio Grande do Sul (RS)**! **And more:** This year, we achieved the **45th position in the national GPTW Brazil ranking!** These achievements reflect an exceptional workplace culture built by people who believe in what they do! **Join us in achieving even more!** PROUD TO BE GPTW RS, BRAZIL AND HEALTHCARE!
