We are seeking a professional with solid experience in software engineering and strong expertise in leading quality teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** This role requires strategic vision, people management capability, and a results-oriented focus, being responsible for ensuring excellence in development and software quality processes across the organization's critical projects. * Lead the quality team, including direct management of QA Leads and definition of testing strategies. * Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring alignment between deliverables and strategic objectives. * Define and monitor quality, productivity, and team efficiency metrics. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence. * Participate in demand prioritization, release planning, and risk management. * Develop talent by promoting training and professional growth within the team. * Contribute to software architecture and governance decisions in partnership with technical areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in leading technical and quality teams. * Clear communication skills, empathy, and influence. * Systemic thinking and results orientation. * Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Leadership, Management, or Innovation (preferred). * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. **Additional Information** **\*Internal applications until 11/28\*** What excites you?
