




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and consultative Inside Sales Representative to work exclusively with end consumers (B2C), converting social media followers and reactivating dormant customers—with strong focus on goals and performance. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work 100% with end consumers, leveraging our internal database, social media followers, and manual prospecting across multiple channels—aiming to convert followers into buyers, reactivate dormant customers, and uncover new opportunities through high proactivity and consultative dialogue. Key Responsibilities: * Exclusively serve end consumers (B2C)—no distributor or reseller support. * Work with the existing customer base—individuals who have previously purchased from the company—via active outreach via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media; * Reactivate inactive customers by identifying reasons for inactivity and presenting new opportunities; * Monitor repurchase cycles, recurring purchases, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities; * Engage social media followers (primarily Instagram): * Convert organic followers into active buyers by understanding their needs and recommending optimal solutions/products; * Maintain close, polite, and brand-voice-aligned relationships; * Manually prospect new customers across multiple sources; * Proactively identify and approach potential customers based on interactions, comments, Stories, and DMs on our profile; * Seek opportunities in WhatsApp groups, Google, and other available sources; * Record all interactions in CRM/spreadsheets to ensure an organized and predictable sales funnel. * Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing: * Understand customer needs, present solutions, answer questions, negotiate, and finalize orders; * Provide post-sales support when necessary to ensure positive experience and encourage repeat purchases. * Work with targets and performance metrics (e.g., contacts made, conversion rates, revenue, average order value, reactivation rate, etc.). Requirements: * Prior experience in inside sales / telesales / commercial customer service or related fields; * Strong communication skills via WhatsApp, phone, and social media (especially Instagram); * Comfort with proactive prospecting; * Organizational skills to log contacts and track follow-ups (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems); * Results-, target-, and performance-oriented mindset; * Clear, polite writing; strong argumentation skills; consultative attitude. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in B2C sales directly to end consumers; * Experience handling commercial interactions via Instagram, WhatsApp Business, or other social platforms; * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management; * Experience reactivating inactive customer portfolios or databases.
