If you’re ready to join a high-performance team, Valeo awaits you!** **Key Responsibilities:** **\- Responsible for maintaining machines, equipment, and test devices in proper working condition; fulfill 100% of the preventive maintenance plan; and keep MTBF and MTTR within specified targets to ensure reliability of production machines, equipment, and test devices.** **\- Perform preventive maintenance on electro-electronic and pneumatic components of machines, equipment, productive test devices, and pollution control stations, scheduled periodically while always respecting environmental and safety aspects involved in maintenance activities;** **\- Perform corrective maintenance;** **\- Expedite commercial contact with spare parts suppliers;** **\- Develop local sourcing of parts for equipment, machines, and test devices;** **\- Read and interpret machine, equipment, and test device designs, as well as electronic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics;** **\- Develop preventive maintenance plans for newly acquired machines, equipment, and test devices by Valeo;** **\- Perform basic mechanical maintenance in the absence of mechanical technicians;** **\- Provide support during layout changes;** **\- Develop pneumatic and electro-electronic automation for technologically outdated machines to improve quality and increase production;** **To qualify for this position, you must have:** * **Prior experience as an electronic maintenance technician in the industrial sector** * **Completed technical education in electronics** * **Availability to work first shift (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM)** * **PLC programming skills** **What you can expect from Valeo:** * **Constant innovation.** You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and develop disruptive solutions. * **Culture of continuous learning.** Growth never stops here.
